Docker Desktop lets developers build, run and share containerised applications on Windows, using WSL 2 in the background. It includes the Docker engine, Compose and a graphical dashboard for managing containers and images.
It is free for personal use, education and small businesses, but larger companies need a paid subscription under Docker's terms. It uses a fair amount of memory while running.
