Video meetings, webinars and online classes
Zoom is a widely used video meeting app with screen sharing, breakout rooms, recording and chat. Teachers, businesses and families use it because participants can join easily from almost any device.
The free plan limits the length of group meetings, and longer sessions, more cloud storage and business features need a paid plan.
Pros
- Easy for guests to join
- Breakout rooms and recording
- Free plan available
Cons
- Free group meetings are time-limited
